Bringing Together
Developers, Communities,
Investors, and End Users
Blue Harbor Infrastructure Group develops power-anchored industrial sites in partnership with utilities, communities, and capital partners.
Backed by Committed Capital
Blue Harbor is supported by a defined capital base spanning a family office, an institutional sponsor, and private investors aligned around long-duration infrastructure value creation. Capital partners include the Irvin Family Office (lead investor), Rucker Investments (capital and advisory), and two private investors.
Our Mission
Blue Harbor pursues data center development at sites where existing grid interconnection, industrial entitlements, and supporting infrastructure can be combined with new generation to deliver capacity faster than greenfield alternatives. We focus on brownfield redevelopment in the Midwest, working in partnership with incumbent owners and host communities to align long-term value for ratepayers, member utilities, and capital partners.
Our Team
We have a strong history of involvement with large scale data centers, fiber networks, community projects, and capital raising.
Project One
Status: In diligence — definitive agreements in process
Blue Harbor is in active diligence on the conversion of a retired steel mill site featuring an existing 200 MW grid interconnection. The transaction will repurpose the site's power infrastructure to support data center development while restoring the surrounding land and supporting the host community's economic redevelopment objectives. Specific site, counterparty, and transaction details will be disclosed at definitive agreement execution.

Blue Harbor's platform is built around long-term partnerships across capital, engineering, and advisory functions:
